Link to Texas auction. Looks like the first auction has expired but they have 90,000 more LPs to sell if anyone in the Texas area may be interested. They won't ship.

I can only imagine the visions of scoring a rare album in that lot. I wonder if they have anyone 'in the know' reviewing WHAT's going out the door.I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

I would imagine they have some type of record (no pun intended) of what they have. It is really a shame that libraries are disposing of their stock. They should be a storehouse of knowledge. The LP music could be retrieved with a minimum of technology if needed in the future. Even NASA sent a gold record out into space with sounds of the Earth on it and directions to our rock.>
