Seems like you're on a selling and buying spree. I'm trying to hold back myself from the same activities. Hope someone buys in.
That Onkyo is a nice starter for anyone and as I've said elsewhere--audio-wise...it's the best unit Onkyo has ever offered in the 1000 dollar and under category. Pics would help those interested.
So to those of you out there thinking about a good mid-fi receiver at a wonderfully fair and honest price. Get your wallet out and PM bopicasso.
Good luck on the sale!

I hope you still have it in a few months when I upgrade my receiver. I am just spent out right now with just buying a full speaker setup. That is, except for another pair of FXiA4's to go with the new receiver. Good luck!! But like I said, I hope you still have it in a few months. LOL!!It's all in the detail.

Oh, just what I have been looking for! But, like most, I will have to save my pennies.
I wish you the best, as this is a very nice deal on a very good receiver.
May I ask what you are upgrading to?
I am torn between this and the 806. I read the 805 doesn't have the same issues as the 06 in regards to the blue spots, is that right?
At any rate, I wish you the best with your sale.

I never had any problems at all with this reciever... Didnt know about the 806 having issues either.. I think this is better than the 806 because it has the burr- brown dac and the 806 doesnt.
I was wanting to dive into seperates and get a pre-processor..
But I need to sell this before I purchase anything.Living Room setup: Pioneer Elite VSX-21TXH, Krell KAV 300i, PS Audio DL III DAC, Tyler Acoustics Taylo 7u, Dynaudio Audience 120C+, SVS 25/31PCI, B-P-T Clean Power Center, Ps3, Panny 50" S1 Plasma, Tekline speaker cables, Audio Art interconnects, and Pangea power cables. -
