Using VMs in a 7.1 HT

I am upgrading the HT in my 20 x 15 main viewing room. Have a new Yamaha RX-V563 and Klipsch KSW-10 subwoofer and intend to finish it out with Polk speakers. I have a couple of configurations in mind but am still shopping.
1) Use VM10s for the L/C/R channels, and for the rear surrounds, a pair of in-ceiling RC60i (due to the room configuration). In this scenario, any thoughts on which Polks might work well as side surround speakers? (I thought using VM10s all around might be a little overkill for the room size).
2) Use TSi100s for right and left front, a CS10 for center, OMW 3s for the side surround, and the RC60i for the rear surround.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
