FXi5 mounting location opinion

Sorry if this is old hat, but for some reason I need to get to 25 posts before I can put something up for sale, so instead of typing something trivial, I thought I would ask the following:
My Fxi5 are currently mounted on the side walls, but about 4 feet forward of my seating position. I have a back wall that is about 6 feet behind the seating area. but has a bar opening into the next room. The real wall space is 4 feet on each side with the opening in the center. Should I move the speakers to the rear?

well you got your number, congrats, I am sure there was an epiphany at 25 posts as you passed Go, through cyber space.
I have mounted many a speaker, normally in the privacy of my home, however, once at a concert I was nearly arrested for it.
