PLZ help before i hurt myself

OK i have a 5 farad tsunami cap it's hooked up and fully charged, i am adding some extra ground wire from the cap to the amp, if i unhok only the amp ground will i shock the crap out of myself??? also you untighten it with an alan wrench would i need to insulate it??? thanks for your time.

You can drain large caps by placing your tongue across the terminals:eek:
