Depends on what you want to spend, you can get a set of LSi7 reburb bookshelves for 349 a pair on the polk ebay store. Which is a good start? Then match the center if you can?

I have a budget of 200 or so may be 250

I would like to buy used preferabbly. I have r300 as fronts I was about to buy the cs10 cause I heard that the matching csr for the r300 was not that great.
I would just like some rear bookshelves and a center. Can anyone hook me up..

300 is way too much. RTI and all that. too rich for my blood.

The CS10 wouldn't be a bad match for that. The tweeters are a bit different of course. And there are a lot of those on the ebay site at a very good price.

You can also find R series bookshelves that could be surrounds

I have a pair of black monitor 30s (4 months old, just broken in).

But it depends on where you are because I don't have the boxes anymore for shipping. If you're in the Bay Area I can get them to you.
