Well, a friend of mine was going to sell me his punch 300 amp to power 2 8in mobile monitors dvc subs, but he decided to against it.
So now, I'm wondering what amp I should grab to power these subs? I would like to max out the rms if possible. And the only thing that can close to that is the polk 500.4 amp. I'm assuming that it is possible to wire each of the coils to each channel, but I'm not to sure about that. If there are any other amps that I should consider, please let me know.
another question: I already dynamatted my doors with one layer, but I still can hear some rattling/buzzing outside my truck door from the speakers. I can't hear it when I'm inside my truck, but I can hear it when I'm standing outside of my truck with the door closed. It only happens on certain bass tones, which is pretty annoying. Would another layer reduce the rattle? Or should I add something else? I'm running sr5250 if that helps any.

I like the RF BD1000. You will never be able to eliminate the noise just reduce it.

pa 600.1 will work fine. pa1200.1 might work better. i'd do cadence ia7.Polk MM6501 kick panels, Eclipse cd7200mkll and SW9122 Bomb Box, Cadence A4, A7, CAP5, JL8W3V3

memphis belle 1600.5. it will run your entire system no problem. also if your just using a front componet set it lets you go active and power an entire system with just one amp.
