You should post in the DIY section.

It is not something I really do.

If you are having problems with basic circiut design and so on you might want to order a kit with matched electronics and start there.

Otherwise, its off to Electronics 101 and Ms. Paul's class, OK, Ms. Paul is likely dead, but some person for you, like Ms. Paul was to me, my Electronic's/Drawing and Math Professor.

Thanks tadiam, I had not thought of Ms. Paul in a very long time.

True I have been lost a bit lately, but after humming the second verse of Amazing Grace several times, which Amazingly sounds just like the first when you Hum it, I was found.

Ms. Paul was a more or less a Hot for Teacher, German lady who spoke with her homeland accent, she once told me, Teodore, you gott IT, as I solved some differential calc. thing, when I responded to her that I was in fact much more interested in understanding how she could speak perfect German but such accented English and invited her to tell me over a bottle of wine at her place she proclaimed me as a hopeless romantic.

I bet if I had had a couple of Raife's meter's I would of been cooking with gas at Ms Paul's place and frying much more than fish sticks.
