I'm thinking about giving these cables a try. I have seen what looks like two different styles of Bananas on these. Is one better than the other? Am I seeing things? Thanx.

After some more research, they come with a BFA Banana and the other more "normal" banana is an alternate. Again, can anybody chime in with the difference?

You should put yourself on the demo list offered by NJPolker.

There are several of us "Polkies" who are going to try out a set of the AQ Type 4s for ourselves.

NJPolker is going to re-terminate a pair with bananas for all of us to try.

I just bought these cables with BFA bananas, never having used those I was leary but they plug into my Carver just fine, nice and snug.

I think they act like a spring.

I had both and the regular style connectors did not work with my amp or speakers. I switched to the BFA's and they are perfect. The BFA's are the premium banana.
