Need help with speaker settings using a TEAC AG-D8900 with RM-6880 speakers and sub

Hi, I am pretty new to home theater systems and speakers but I have an old TEAC AG-D8900 receiver and decided to get some speakers for it. So I bought the RM-6880 package and so far am very pleased with their sound and quality. I do want to get the most out of them and have them set at the proper settings. So with my amp I would like to know what settings should the speakers be at for optimal performance? And I am not familiar with crossover frequency and how to set it yet with my receiver. Please Help.
