Very nice Mike. You can measure tones and move, or move and listen until it sounds good. Stacked Tri Traps worked better for me than 244's in the corner, though I never tried stacking two 244's. I never tried their monster traps. The guy I am dealing with at GIK has a friend with speakers like mine. He wants me to try diffusers on the wall behind the panels next.

I like the old radio. Does it work?
I wish I would have tried the tri traps first, only because their appearance is more subtle than the Monster Traps. As for the pair of 244's on the front wall, imaging tightened up, but I believe they deadened the room too much. When I get a chance, I'll follow your suggestion with the test tones and also testing by ear. And no, the radio doesn't work. I have a few similar models that do, but they aren't as nice looking.

Face, What room is that?, that's not the one by the kitchen?
It's my living room, the first room once you walk in the front door.

Fred, I'm sure you have enough spare gear laying around that you could hock to fund a nice set of EXCEL drivers. ;)
