Gezzzz My Grandparents had something similar to this when I was a Kid.
It was "The Stereo" to have in the mid to late 1960's.
Theirs had built-in speakers tho.
Grampa was big into Jazz/Big Band.....He played in a band at the time.
He had a ton of Jazz/Big Band records......like 300+
I had their old stereo at my last place but had to leave it due to a lack of a place to put it.
Don't recall the brand but my Dad retro'd it to hook up a 8 track player
Oh how technology has come in 40yrs!!

My mom and dad bought a Fleetwood console stereo right around that time (I just barely remember it coming home and I would have been 4 years old). It had a Gerrard turntable and state of the art mpx tuner. The speakers were in their own enclosures with tube ports. 10" woofer 5 1/2" mids and paper tweeters. The best part was it was all tube amp and pre. That thing sounded fantastic!! I didn't hear anything better for years and in fact took it with me when I left home years later. I had it until just a few years ago when I regrettably took it to the dump. Tube amps weren't nearly as popular as they are now again and afterwards I realised I'd tossed a piece of classic vintage audio that could easily have been restored. Even the cabinet was beautiful.SDA-1C (full mods)

I was having trouble seeing them as well. You can go directily to pictures by using his link "properties" or I just saved them and downloaded them to the thread here....
Wow am I getting old. I remember when "co-axial" and "loudspeaker" together was a big deal.
