Cool news, Tom. When's your wife due?

We're in similar situations. My wife's pregnant with our first, also a boy.

She's due May 23. We picked out the same first name, although we're not sure if we're going to spell it Aiden or Aidan.

    Congrats!

Hey there Strider, Congrat's to you as well! Man, the name thing......oh boy. If it was a girl, Kim and I were at a complete loss as to what to name her. Now when it came to the boy's name? We have known that we have wanted this name for a boy since before we even got married.

I wish you the best for you, your wife and the soon to be son.

    HA! Timlitton, that's awesome!!! :D

Oh, I got so excited, I forgot to mention the due date. July the 5th is when he's expected to breathe air for the first time. I have only known for less than 24 hours and I'm still bouncing off the walls! My wife Kim told me that she "secretly" wanted a boy all this time. Well, she got her wish.

WE will be going back in about a month or two to get something they call a 3-D image. That will give us a little bit more detail but I can already tell from just the images I have seen so far that he looks a lot like me........of course I don't know whether or not that's a good thing.

Timlitton, thanks for taking the time to do that image with Polk Audio blended in. Too Cool! ;)

Almost a day late/$1 short, but congrats to you all the same, and God bless!

+1 to NJP, keep a journal, even a simple one, after a few years you will look back and be amazed and glad you took the time, trust me!
So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

Well, my wife was reading the "baby book" and informed me that my son is growing his balls in the next three days [according to the timetable]. Man, you hear the strangest things come out of my wife's mouth whenever she reads that book.

I wonder what totally out of the blue thing I'll hear about next week.....

Doh, missed this--CONGRATS!! Awesome news indeed!!

I have two boys, almost 4 & 6. I can still remember their births and infancy like it was yesterday-yet at the same time it seems like forever ago. Time literally flies so super fast its scary and sad at the same time. At each age I want them to stay that way forever, but then they grow up a little more and I say I want to stay that way forever.
Then I just go and look at the thousands of hours of video and pictures that I've taken over the years and smile. Then I go take some more. ;)

By the way-the third leg is really just the umbilical cord :p;)

Ha, in the status line in the pic-I see he's already calibrated to 89dB :D:cool:
