RM30 and RM302, can one replace the other

Besides its orientation what's the diference between RM30 and RM302?
I see the sames specifications but the Center speaker costs more.
Can one substitute the other?

I have both and there is no difference other than the placement of the polk emblem on the grill. The RM-302 does not come with the stand to place it upright.
