I can't believe there aren't 3 pages already about A-Rod and his steroid use.

It's not really news, just note worthy since it's A-Rod and a lot of people thought he'd never go there. But as far as a baseball/steroid story, old news.

Since when does that stop us :D. I could care less, just thought it odd as even old news is new on CP-Clubhouse

Probably needs steroids for that or something

On the local news the Rangers owner was laughing how A-rod was blaming all the preasure he was under as an excuse for taking steroids.

As far as I'm concerned EVERY player from about 1997 - 2005 is guilty. Until they start releasing every single test of every single player they are all to blame by assosciation. The MLB Commissioner is the most to blame and why does he still have a job? I'm sorry but no rule (however right or wrong it is) means no rule.

What really sucks is all my favorite MLB players growing up are tarnished so pretty much everything I grew up enjoying is BS. Those years should just be erased completely as if baseball didn't exsist during that time frame at this point. Otherwise everyone stats should count equally.
    My Home Theater (WIP):
    Panasonic AE900 Projector - 126" screen, XBOX 360, Pioneer BDP-320 Bluray
    Receiver: Denon AVR-1905
Fronts: RTi6's, Center: CSi5, Surrounds: RTi4, Rears: Denon
Dual Subs: PSW202, and behind the couch Denon 8"

i really dont' get this........if you enjoyed going to the games, then look back on it as having fun. The fact that he was juicing will ruin his legacy, but why anyone would act like their childhoods were taken away is beyond me.........move on?

I agree with you. Watching baseball was fun then and now as far as I am concerned. Maybe a little more fun with all the power the juicers were showing.

Please. As a kid you can claim ignorance, but as a thinking adult, if you saw these players suddenly hitting twice as hard as anyone ever had in history, and the idea of steroids never entered your mind, you're retarded. Everyone who watched baseball knew on some level what was happening, and we all decided to ignore it so we could see people hit dingers.

Exactly correct, but we WON'T stop enabling it. Deep down the majority does not give a crap. And why should they? We're talking about athletes. They get paid to play games. A bunch of uneducated idiots who hit or throw a ball for a living and get paid millions to do it, just so we can all enjoy it. We dont' care that by the time most athletes are in their 40's their bodies are shot, why would we care what they do to get them to that point?

I think one other thing to consider is that at least he admitted to it. I have to give him that. The arrogance of the others that still deny is what draws the ire of the fans.
