Global warming strikes again!

It snowed in parts of Tucson last night, and now we're expecting sub freezing temps tonight. I thought when I moved here the trade off for having 100+ summer temps was no more snow and ice.
And the worst part is my roof sprng another leak last night. I knew there was a reason I shouldn't have bought a house with a flat roof.

My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.

I do the same thing. We had a few days where it cracked 40 and suddenly I was ready to throw all my sweaters back into storage. It's still early February, gotta deal with it for a little while longer....
But damn am I ready. If you will it, dude, it is no dream. -

Yep, by the weekend back into the teens in the evening ans 20's during the day."Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. 37 F this morning, in the land of Governator. The definition of Global warming has changed: it is a redistribution of Chill from the East to the West. I have no complain though, it was like Spring time a week ago, even the plants got confused and started to bloom.I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Bad subject, my house is 14 years old needs a roof.... 11k or so been getting quotes started last week have 3 going with one. I say 11k or so but due to decking which could need replacement here or there, the solar system tear down, reinstall and any stuff that breaks in the mean time.
How is a roof in Florida have 30 year shingles last 14 years, but was told due to the hurricanes of 04 shorten the life of the roof a few years.

But still sounds bad. Roof now has 3 leaks, one over my porch not a biggie, 2 in a guest bedroom.

This is the 3rd leak in the same area. It has a couple of low spots, and I've been thinking about tearing it up and redoing it, but that's a lot of work. I think I'll try laying down fibeglass repair mat and dumping enough roof compound on to level out the low spots, re white coat the area, and see what happens. My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.

It's been in the 70's in SC since Fri., which is a NICE reprieve from the friggin cold snaps we've been having.I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!
