RDO-194 Tweeters In Canada?

I called Polk this morning to order a pair of RDO-194 tweeters for my Monitor 10b's that I am upgrading, but was told I have to order from a guy in Canada. I have tried to call but no luck so far getting a hold of him, no answering service either.

Has anyone from Canada ordered from this guy, Walter Moser?
If so, any idea what he is charging for the tweeters?
