Hi I got this Yamaha RX-V3900 and I was wondering if this is a good receiver to run RTi10, CSi5, and Monito60?

As far as AVR's go, I think you will be fine. Others will tell you that you MUST have separate amplification to get the most out of these speaks... I ran mine off of a lesser Yamaha receiver (your 3900 is a BEAST of an AVR), and everybody who heard mine thought it sounded great. I only went with an amp once I decided to go with an RTi10 as a center. It always depends on how discriminating your taste is, but that AVR should get a lot out of your pair of RTi10's, with plenty left over for your other speaks. Enjoy!:)
