I've never heard of them...This is pretty cool though...

They'll let you demo different cables for 10% of the purchase price. 2 week demos...that's kinda cool. It's nice to be able to test out real expensive cables before you spend the big money on them. You still have to pay 10% of the total price to demo them...but it's still cool nonetheless. The nirvana inducer-

That is nice.
For an alternative cable, try Mapleshade. They give you a 30 day period to evaluate their cables with your money back if you do not like them.

I purchased a digital interconnect and the Double Golden Helix Plus speaker cable, and I was absolutely amazed at the sound improvement. It was like a new and better piece of equipment.
Today, the solid maple speaker platforms I ordered arrived, and I will move the speakers onto them Friday night. If I did it tonight or tomorrow I would not be able to devote much time to evaluation, but Friday I can listen all night.

Sounds like a re-stocking fee, or rent, not a demo. -

Did you even read the page?
They'll let you get several different cables at a time, for 10% of each cables purchase price. You try them out, keep the ones you want and send the ones you don't want back.
The 10% deposit is nonrefundable, but if you decide to purchase any given cable, the 10% goes towards the purchase cost. The nirvana inducer-

I read it, did you? They keep the 10% if you don't purchase the cable. How is that different than a website that has a 30 day return policy, with a restocking fee? And of course many online vendors will except returns with no re-stocking fee at all. And they ony give you 14 days at the cable company. -
i believe Bluejeanscable.com has a no questions asked return policy, and great stuff to boot!

Yeah...that's pretty much what I just said.;)
I apologize...I didn't know that all those companies offered unconditional returns on their products. The nirvana inducer-

comfortablycurt I'm new here as you might be able to tell, and have a lot to learn. I think I'm in the right place for that

Geesh, it's not that hard. The Cable Co. allows one to try out cables much better than Bluejeans, etc. for a small rental fee, which is applied to the purchase price if you want to keep them. IMO, it's great way to explore expensive cables without shelling out much money up front. They are not a manufacturer, are in business to make money and you can choose not to use them, so what's the problem!?!Political Correctness'.........defined

There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here, that are more than willing to help out the less knowledgeable newbs. Read up, and feel free to ask all the questions you want.:)The nirvana inducer-

Just rip the running windings out of an electric motor and give them a whirl, same thing.Political Correctness'.........defined

I've never purchased from Cable Co., but I have sold them used cables. Cable Co. was esay to deal with and HONEST.
Whether you call it a restocking fee or an audition fee, IMHO, its worth it to be able to try out a couple of pairs of expensive cables when maybe 1/2 the time cheaper cables are just as good (like Bluejeans, Signal, Anti-Cable and Zebra).
