Gauging interest: NEW Dayton powered subwoofers SUB-100 and/or Sub-120

I am considering a volume buy of Dayton Audio SUB-100's (10", 125W RMS) or perhaps SUB-120's (12", 150W RMS).
Both subs are highly regarded in their price range and get rave reviews here on Club Polk, on the AVS forums, and elsewhere on the net.
The SUB-100's would go for about $110 plus shipping, the SUB-120's would be about $135 plus shipping.
If anyone is interested please post here or PM me.
Thanks,
Stuart

Do you suppose Polk Audio, by whose graciousness we have this forum, might have an issue with you hawking a group buy of some other companies subwoofers that compete with their own product line on their forum?DKG999

In the words of one of my heroes, Dr. Gregory House, let me give you 7 reasons why you're wrong :
1) Polk did not graciously set up this forum strictly for the discussion of and sale of Polk gear.
2) There's nothing in the rules posted by justin forbidding the sale of non-polk gear.
3) I see non-polk speakers and subs for sale routinely in this forum.
4) Posters in other forums on Club Polk, in particular the subwoofer and speaker forums, often tell people who are looking for subwoofer recommendations NOT to by polk subs in favor of subs from SVS, HSU, Elemental, Velodyne, Klipsch, Infinity, etc. etc. etc. Are these posters somehow violating some trust? Stabbing Polk in the back for setting up this wonderful forum? "Hawking" another company's subwoofer on Polk's territory? Or are they perhaps engaging in an open and honest conversation, which is what the idea of any discussion forum is supposed to be?
5) I own 2 pairs of RTi A3's, a CSi A6, 2 pairs of TC60i's, and a pair of vintage RT3's, and have had a variety of Polk gear in the past that I've sold to buy -- you guessed it -- new Polk gear. I am obviously loyal to the brand otherwise I wouldn't be on the forum.
6) Your own sig mentions an SVS sub!!! Are you hawking SVS subs after Polk so graciously set this marvellous forum up so we could wile away the hours sharing our dreams of ever-more-expensive Polk gear? Shame on you!
7) Six is almost seven. -
Listen, I have to agree with DKG999. This forum was designed to sell items from our own collections. It was not intended to be a platform from which a business venture could be launched.
Proposing the concept to other Polkies is noble, but using the Polk network to do so is disingenuous. -
This is arguably one of the best Flea Markets on the internet in my travels. The rules absolutely don't prohibit the sale of non-Polk items but I would discourage ANY "group buy" style purchases on Club Polk. It opens up more potential problems than the service it's intended to provide.
I'm sure Kneedragger has the best of intentions and good looking out for everyone. This is also for your safety as a seller since you assume the risk of the transaction from beginning to end. You really don't need the hassle.
If you would like to get in on the "deal" contact him via PM.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
