Silver Resolution Speaker cables
I recently bought these from A'gon and haven't even broken them in yet. These are by far the most detailed, transparent, and accurate cables I've heard for under $350 and I've tried a lot of cables. These beat out Nordost Blue Heaven and Kimber 8TC to my ears. These are a steal for the price and anyone that knows Signal would probably agree.
This is an 8 ft. pair with spades all around. Spades on amp end are 1/4 in. Spades on speaker ends are 5/16 in.
Cables have 4 stranded silver conductors and 4 stranded copper conductors. Conductor insulation is thin-walled Teflon tube. Outer jacket is Teflon. Geometry is internally twisted and cross-linked. The hybrid of copper and silver seems to work very well. These retail for $339.

These are a little over 2 feet long with the Eichmann Silver Bullets. Like the speaker cables, these are detailed with tight, accurate mids and bass. The silver bullet connectors alone cost $80 per set of 4. It sounds very similar to Ben's IC's, but I would give the slight nod to the Signal here because of the silver bullets. A tad more air around the instruments in my system. If you're looking to try silver, you can't get a better introduction than this.

That's a possible idea for the future, Gebby, but I'm trying to work on upgrading the IC chain first.
I'm kind of methodical like that. I plan on trying various types of ICs until I get to the point where I will feel good about where I am, for long period of time. BTW, the Diamondbacks in my system are the same pair I bought from you last summer. So far, so good -- thought they give/gave slightly better presentation than the SC Analog II RCAs that they replaced. We'll see how well they stand up to what I'll be pitting against them shortly...

That's understandable. I'm kinda the same way. Well, if you get interested, I would probably work out a nice trade for the Ultra cables since I'm in the market for some right now.
