OK. I talked to Denon today. They do say bi-amping there amplifiers does indeed double the power. They told me that there amplifiers are individual. Is this true? I am inclined to believe anything that comes straight from the horses mouth!

I doubt it but if Denon says so I guess it is but the few times I have talked to Denon on set up questions on my 2808 I always felt like I knew more than they did. Their answer was to reset the receiver or take it to a factory authorized dealer which I got better solutions from a guy on the AVS forum.

I have got that same response. It really does not matter what they say. Hook it up and if it sounds better than that is all that matters!
