My father recently passed away and he left me a fully functional DBX 20/20 Computerized Equilizer/Analyzer that is in mint condition. I am looking to sell it and was curious if this would be a product in demand and how much I should list if for. Thanks in advance.

Just wondering, out of all the online forums, how did you pick this forum to join and ask this question? Why would we know?

Your best bet would be to do a google, and see what information it can find for you.
    Dodd - Battery Preamp
Monarchy Audio SE100 Delux - mono power amps
    Sony DVP-NS999ES - SACD player
    ADS 1230 - Polk SDA 2B
DIY Stereo Subwoofer towers w/(4) 12 drivers each
    Crown K1 - Subwoofer amp
    Outlaw ICBM - crossover
    Beringher BFD - sub eq

Where is the remote? Where is the $%#$% remote!

I'd say look for prices online, then compare to those on ebay if people are selling, and it should give you an idea.

Considering this is an electronics forum and the equilizer is electronics device I figured people on here would know something about electronics. Hoosier must not fit in this category. Thanks for the useless reply though. I have already searched online (google, ebay) to no avail. Apparently this is a rare equilizer and the only one I could find was not fully functional.

Do you still have the DBX Equalizer?
Do you have pictures? There were several different models, I have one and would like another.

It's one of the best EQ's made in it's day.
Unfortunately, It's not in high demand.
You might get anywhere between $250-$1000 on ebay.
    Good luck with your sale.

It was nice but not worth losing sleep over it. So you didn't get top dollar, big deal. If you didn't know what it was, you should have sold it anyways.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

When it comes to old equalizers, the value is basically what someone is willing to pay and in todays world, not much unless you like collecting these things. I would think a more appropriate target is the DJ scene where equalizers are still used by some. Home use though, they have all but bit the dust. Find yourself a pro audio site and you may get some hits.

Do you have the microphone for it? Those are pretty cool units having the ability to automatically equalize a room to a flat curve.

I would say hold in to it for awhile, at least try out the auto eq function.
