The first time I heard of a guy collecting flashlights I ignored it. I mean why in this day and age would you do that. A while later I finally confessed that I too was a flashlight collector. It is a cool thing for some reason. Maybe a survivalist trait? Anyway, this is a cool site if anyone else is into it.

Hey Max... what do you think of the LED lights? I live in the country and the power goes off semi-frequently, and I just got a 4-wheeler and will be tooling away in the hills so flashlights are important.

How about this one?. I'm assuming there are rechargeable Lithium batteries?

    dylan,
I was thinking of that one before I even saw the link. It says it is good for 20 hours continuously. Looks durable too! The lithiums are available at most department store for about $5 each. (Cheaper in packages on some of the internet stores)

Cool, I think I'm going to try that one out. I got a spot light for the 4-wheeler that has a name that cracked me up: The Night Blaster!

Thanks Max, I'll let you know how that one works out.

A friend of mine had a light. It had a battery pack and a cable going to what looked like a searchlight for your hand. It's name was simply called Daylight. A truer description was never given! That was an awesome flashlight! Wish I had one.
