Hello,
I find the lsic to be somewhat low in volume when listening to dialog in movies, I have bumped the db+1 after doing a test tone, any tips or ideas?
Secondly I have lsifx setup as rears as bipoles is this the correct setting when they are placed behind you?
Thanks

I had the same problem and decided to put one on my LSi9 I have as surrounds as center speaker. Since I had a single LSi7 as used to replace the surround. The quality of my center sound has improved.

Bipole is the correct setting position for surround back LSiFx to disperse the surround effect when positioned in the back. Feel free to experiment to give you the best setting for your taste.

LSiC do need to be configured hotter, in most HT 5.1/7.1 setup. Mine is configured +2, I like to hear the conversation loud and clear during movies. Again, let your ears be the judge.

Btw, welcome to the Magic Club Polk Forum, where dreams ALMOST come true....
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

I used to have the LSiC higher than my main LSi15 but after adding XPA-5, I didn't have to configure LSiC to +1 or +2....

My LSiC is actually .5 less than my mains (Lsi9) as calibrated, and dialogue is plenty clear and present. But I'm running a Denon AVR pre-out into a separate power amp.

Things also may be affected by whether it's above the TV on its own platform, or below it in a shelf, or resting right on the TV (which probably doesn't make the ideal speaker stand).
