:) I have converted my SDA I/C from the original pin/blade setup to an rca connector at the terminal plate. does this make any difference in sound quality or impact speaker performance in any way?

It'll be fine. Many members changed the original connector to Cardas Post with some heavy duty speaker cables as well. I have never A / B a pair of 1.2TL's with the original and with updated connections to see if there is a difference.

Maybe when i buy my second pair of 1.2TL's I will do that.

It's permissable to own more that one pair of 1.2 tl's ?
