SRT Sub Question......
I sent an email to Ed, but figured I'd post this here to get others feedback in case he's away for a day or two enjoying the weekend......
I finally went to connect my sub cables and I'm confused on what's back there. From my receiver, there is just ONE set of RCA outs (not from the 'sub' out, but instead the 'fronts' output).....so that's good....I'll connect a 2 channel RCA cable to each set of that, but then I'm confused on the connection from the control box.
There is only one pair (1white and 1red) of outs, so it would appear that I can either connect to the right, or left sub, but not both. The cables that I bought (and am now confused about) are 2 single channel rca runs. I don't remember where those go to give me runs to the L and R subs.........I did also get the 2 channel run which is what I'll connect from my 'front out' on the receiver to the 'in' on the control box......
What am i not understanding?

I use the LFE myself. I have the lfe split to both inputs on the control center then out to the subs.
I think you go to the inputs on the control center (switch set to stereo) and out to the sub inputs. In terms of audio, i truly feel sorry for the visually impaired. How can they know what they like if they cant read google?

of course i dont' have any of my paperwork in front of me about what i wrote down but i remember being told to run from the front speakers out on my receiver to the control box........my problem is how to get from the single 2 channel (red/white) rca out to both subs that each have 2 channel (red/white) inputs.........comment comment comment comment. bitchy.

The subs have 1 input one output so they can be daisy chained. It should be labelled. In terms of audio, i truly feel sorry for the visually impaired. How can they know what they like if they cant read google?

I looked at them the other day (granted, they're 4" off the wall) and all I saw was 2 RCA's....
So off of the controller, do i run a single channel RCA (one from white, one from red) to each sub and expect that they'll get the signal correctly?comment comment comment comment. bitchy. -
Off memory its the plug on the left (facing rear of sub) that you need to plug too. I think its the plug on the left on both, i don't have my plate amps anymore so only have the manual.
FWIW they're labelled In/OutIn terms of audio, i truly feel sorry for the visually impaired. How can they know what they like if they cant read google?
