Last night at midnight I received a call that my nephew had died. He had been feeling ill and laid down to take a nap earlier around 6pm and he never woke up. He was recovering from a surgery he had which put him on leave for a month from work. He had a blood clot in his arm which was caused from a vein wrapped around a rib which both the rib and clot had to be removed. We had just started getting back together after an extended absence from one another. He was part of my family raised by my parents for the 1st half of his life. He was just like a little brother whom I always looked out for making sure nobody hurt him and if they did I was the one they had to answer too. I loved him dearly and will miss him deeply I am just all torn inside as is my wife who adored him just as much.
