MIT Iconn Banana Plugs

I've got a question about the MIT Iconn banana plugs.

I see that they screw on, and they also come with a little rubber piece for each banana. Do i just slide the banana through that little rubber piece, and then proceed to screw it on?

I'm assuming yes, and this is probably a very stupid question, but it is what it is lol. :o

Have fun with them to. I got a blister on my finger sliding those things on. :p

Haha, yeah they were a little snug, but that's i how prefer it..:p

I'm loving the convenience of banana plugs, they fit into the A7's binding posts perfectly. On my Pioneer Elite 92's end though, the little rubber peices have nothing slide over, so they just get kind of smushed in a bit, but they are still in there nice and snug so i'm not worried about it.

I've had these new cables setup for a few hours now, and so far i'm really enjoying them! :D

Pretty nice. I'm assuming the Emo will be used for the front stage and the 92 is for the surrounds?

Yep, that's the plan. Maybe someday i'll get the XPA-2 and use that for my mains, then the XPA-3 for my center and rears. But that won't be for a while if i end up doing that. I'll still be getting the A9's one day as well...haha. But i'm going to try my hardest to be content with my current setup for a good while.

I will be getting a sub in the upcoming months, still not sure which one though. I'm thinking maybe something from HSU, Epik, or ED.

It is difficult when that upgrade bug starts to bite. :D

I'm content with what I have now. Not the best by any means, but I did decent and not into this for competition. I just upgraded my turntable, plus with the new IC's and speaker cable, I should be good for a long time.

I hear ya, that upgrade bug is a b**** though! lol
I'm definetly happy with what i have now, but i'll always be thinking ahead, it's just my nature lol. I'm not into this for competition either, i'm into because it's very enjoyable and it tends to please me oh so much. :D
