I found this ad on Seattle CL and it screams CP. 
1991 polkaudio speakers. All new, updated RDO-198 tweeters, crossover boards professionally rebuilt with all sonic cap resistors and capacitors. These speakers are in excellent cond., and need nothing else. 750 watt power handling, 4 ohm resistance. Will possibly trade for mint Polkaudio LSi 25's, and will deliver. Please e-mail with any ?'s.

He would also trade the custom Focals for a pair of LSi25s. I think I need to look into getting a pair for that purpose!
