all i'm using is class a amp w/ xovr and gain all the way down and cd7200 w/ xovr set at 125/24db but seems like problem is 1st band on eq which i can't raise freq. past 100hz. have level down but still distortion and lack of bass on subs. switching to 3-way mode....Polk MM6501 kick panels, Eclipse cd7200mkll and SW9122 Bomb Box, Cadence A4, A7, CAP5, JL8W3V3

And let's not forget the broken English and lack of being able to read numbers in manuals causes really bad threads.Never kick a fresh **** on a hot day.

I feel people here are well informed so I need a quick S.O.S. I have a total of 8500.00 to spend for a car & have no idea what to buy. I know which cars are most reliable like say a honda or toyota. However, I'd have to buy an older civic with high miles though I realize they last a long time. I'd like to keep this car at least 10 yrs..putting roughly 7,000 miles a yr. on it or less. The corolla could work in say an 05 model..maybe ( depending on miles) however, I hate the look so scratch it off. Camry/accord..too pricey used .The ford fusion is sexy say in an 06 but the miles would have to be pretty high to offset the higher resale..I like that it has a reliable mazda engine. The mazda 3 is too small. Buicks from 3-4 yrs. ago are just too old person looking to me. The taurus is an obvious choice since it depreciates so badly which wouldn't matter since I'd be keeping a car 10+ yrs. An 07' can go for 8500.00 with under 40,000 miles or less but I hate the look as well.Hyundai from 05...maybe an 06 if high miles is kind've attractive but still not sure about them though they are more reliable now. The saturn ion is bad in snow so thats a no-no.Chevy malibu from 06 is nice but from what I read, I feel it will rag out with issues over the 10 yrs + still likely too pricey for my budget. I'd like as new as possible with lowest miles possible so what are my options?? any car experts out there??Oh, & I hear car dealers need buyers? Not really as any I've gone through still want the high end of book value with not much budging...so much for them needing buyers....I do apologize for posting this here as I have posted things in the past about my polks. I'm just in a pinch & need some good advice.

You can get a little Honda CRV for about $5000 and spend the rest on a really nice system.
