Hi, Like many on this forum, I'm just a regular guy with out Deep pockets that feel in love with Polk Audio! My question is about the SRT system for sale here. If I was to sell all the audio stuff I own and a few of my guns I would be able to buy it! It would be a 16 hour round trip plus $3200.00 which is a whole bunch of money for a poor guy like me.What I really want to know I guess is the SRT the TOL end all system for a Pokie? Is it something you Dream about, Would you give your first born child for it? You get the picture. How many were really made? I wonder how many are still out there? Please tell me your thought's Thanks jim:D

The catch is...you have to be able to sell all that stuff. With the economy as it is right now, some of those things probably won't sell for what you think they're worth.

I've never heard the SRT system before, but there was one at PolkFest last year that a lot of the members around here got to listen to. I'm sure some of them will chip in.

You could build a pretty badass home theater setup for a lot less money than that though too.

It's a damn impressive HT system.

It's one helluva HT system and it won't disappoint Not sure I'd hock everything I own for ome. If the stuff your selling is sitting around and not really necessary then sure,,,,,,,why not.

If you sell all your gear................what are you going to run the SRT's with? Plus, if you ever have to flip them for financial reasons.........speakers (especially those) are hard to ship which means probably a local buyer and those will not sell quickly as a general rule.

With the new administration, I'd hold onto to those and stock up on some ammo before they make it $5 a round or more.:D
