Just finishing my basement/media room.

Room size is 20'X23', concrete floor with Berber carpet, ½" Sheet Rock walls with R18 insulation, drop ceiling. Room orientation is the HDTV will be on the 20’ wall. Main sitting area will be 12’ from the screen. Ceiling height 7’.

Screen: Panasonic TH-58PZ850U 58” Plasma

Receiver: Either Onkyo TXNR906 or Denon AVR-3808CI

DVD: Sony BDP-S550 If I go with the TXNR906 or the Denon DVD-1800BD if I go with the AVR-3808CI

Front Speakers: L/R/C Polk VM20’s wall mounted

Side Surrounds: Polk in-wall RC65i’s

Rear Surrounds: Polk in-wall RC65i’s

Subwoofer: Polk DSW MicroPRO 1000 Subwoofer

Speaker Cable: Stinger Part # SCL1425GY 14/2 in-wall wire

Gaming Systems: Sony PS/3, Microsoft Xbox 360 & Nintendo Wii

Other components: Ipod dock, Sirius receiver, HDMI DVR Cable box

Misc: Channel Plus DA-550BID 3X8 Coax Cable Panel (no loss splitter), RG-6 Quad shield solid cooper core cable, Niles HTP-7.1 main wall jack & Niles 2-post remote wall jacks

My questions are what do you think of my choice of speakers for the room size? I need to have the side and rear surrounds mounted in the wall (wife wants it that way), and I think I will really like the clean look of the black VM20’s wall mounted next to the Plasma. Will the VM20's be balanced with the RC65i’s? Is the DSW MicroPro 1000 the right sub? Any comments on which receiver? Or how you think this will sound overall?

In general what do you think of the design? Any insight would be great.
