B&k av5000 series II

I am thinking about buying this amp but i can not find much information on it. If anyone has this amp or had in the past i would appreciate any info you could give me. It would be used mostly for Ht and would power monitor 60s cs1 and r30s in the rear.I am currently using the Marantz sr-7001 which sounds very nice and was just wondering with the current set would i notice sound improvement if i put the B&k in the mix. Again anyone with any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.
