Folks, I have a complete 5.0 Ascend Acoustics speaker package for sale. That is, I have the 340 SE's in the front along with the matching 340 SE center. The rears are the 170 SE's. These are in perfect condition and all warranties are transferable. I also have the original boxes, literature, and etc. All REASONABLE offers will be considered. Please contact me via a PM for details. Only serious inquiries please. Thought I would mention that the 170's have not even been hooked up. I also have the Omni 20 wall-mounting brackets for sale as well.

Cheers,

Phil

Nice speakers, but you should post an asking price per forum rules.

Folks, I am finally home now. I prefer to sell my Ascends as a full package, but will separate if need be. For example, if someone just wanted the 340 SE's and the matching 340 SE-center I will take no less than $750 and the buyer pays the shipping. If someone just wanted the 170 SE's, then I will take $300 shipped within the US. For $50 more, I will throw in the Omni 20 wall-mounts. Lastly, if someone bought the entire package, then I would take $1000 and include the Omni 20 wall-mounting brackets as well as my stands for the 340 SE's. There may even be a few other goodies I may throw in. Here are a few pics!!!!!

    Cheers,

    Phil

I'm new so I can't send a PM. I'm interested in the making an offer for the 170's only. You say they have never been hooked up, does that mean they are brand new? You can email me at mustvid@charter.net so we can discuss an offer.

Folks, here is what I am offering:

170 SE's only for $300 shipped within the USA. I will gladly include the Omni 20 wall mounting brackets for free. All I ask is for the buyer to pay the shipping on the wall mounts which should not be over $20. I have had these for barely over 30 days and they have NOT even been hooked up yet. If someone wanted the CMT 340 SE-center speaker, they can get it for $200 more shipped!!!!!

I also have a set of the CMT 340 SE Mains for sale. I will take $475 shipped within the USA. If someone wanted the matching CMT 340 SE center speaker, they can get it for only $225 more and I will throw in a set of 29" stands for the 340 SE mains. However, the buyer will have to pay the additional shipping of the stands which would not be over $30.

If someone bought the entire 5.0 set-up consisting of the 340 SE mains, 340 SE center, and the 170 SE's I will take $975 shipped within the USA. Plus, I will throw in the 29" stands for the 340 SE-mains, and the Omni 20 wall mounts for the 170 SE's. In addition, I will also throw in a full 5.0 set of quick connect banana plugs and some 12 AWG speaker wire. The buyer must pay the additional shipping for all of the extras. The $975 price only includes the 340 SE mains, 340 SE center, and the 170 SE's. If interested, please let me know via a PM. Have a blessed day.

    Cheers,

    Phil

The 340's are now gone. However, I do still have the 170 SE's. These have never been hooked up and I only have had them for barely 45 days. I will take $300 shipped within the USA AND include the Omni 20 wall mounts in the price. The only caveat is that the buyer pays the shipping on the Omni20 wall mounts. This should not be over $20 extra. If interested, let me know. Have a blessed day.

    Cheers,

Hi Ron, it is just time for me to get out of the game altogether. I am burned-out really bad. My daughter may have no choice but to move in with me. She plans to bring her fiance too and there just is no room. I am also tired of spending all of my money on this hobby. I just want to pay off a few things and move on. At least for the time being anyways. I just don't have the time, patience, or the resources to continue in this hobby and it is time to throw in the towel so to speak. Hope that gives you an idea of why I am selling all of my gear. Appreciate your concern my friend. Your posts have always been a pleasure to read as I have learned from them. Have a blessed evening.

    Cheers,

    Phil

    Thanks Phil,

Sometimes life, especially in these times, bites us in the ****. We need to prioritize. Good luck with your daughter et al. Here's hoping that when you finally get back into home audio (and you will), you can find something, preferably used, that's outstanding and doesn't cost an arm and a leg...and most importantly, you can keep and enjoy without the constant upgrade itch.

Thanks Ron for your kind words. I really wouldn't hold my breath regarding me getting back into the game. You hit the nail right on the head in that I need to prioritize. Life is all about choices and sacrifices. As such, I choose to get out of the game by sacrificing my ht gear. It is sad no doubt, but also refreshing at the same time as I am about to embark on a new chapter in my life. Kinda tired of being alone and I am not getting any younger either. The single life is just not for me even though that is all I have more or less known. Burying myself into this hobby has allowed for my to pacify the real issues in my life. For that I am most grateful, but I have much more serious issues to tackle. That is my plan as only God knows where it will lead me. Hopefully, not all alone in this cruel world. Because what I am doing is NOT working for me.

    Cheers,

    Phil
