Belkin PF31

I have an opportunity to get this power conditioner for $99 brand new, but am wondering if it would be worth it. I currently have a Belkin Surge Protector that believe cleans as well. It should be know that I like in an apartment, not sure if that makes a difference or not in terms of the quality of power.

What would you do? Is it worth the money?

    i'd say for $99 why not try it out, it cant do anything bad for you. U going to sell what you have now then?
