I would check at AudioAdvisor, Parts Express, and Music Direct web sites. All have good clearance sales from time to time on speaker stands. I have Target, Sanus, and Solid Steel brands of stands, and all seem to be good.

I purchased the Cherry 36' Natural Foundation stands from Sanus for $119.99. Easy to put together and they look great with with TSi 100s. Ended up buying them at my local retailer (The Little Guys) near Chicago.

If you have the tools and the ability I would suggest building a pair of stands. I build alot of furniture so I had some scraps laying around and that's what I did when I did my review of the TSi200's. Still using the stands as of today. Here is a link of the review as well as some pics.

    Gang,
I'm awaiting arrival of a pair of RTi A3s. I want to put them on stands, but I would prefer they be affixed to the stand. All of the ones linked above look like the speaker just sits on top of the platform. I have a blind dog and a crazy cat and a fair amount of chaos, so I need to ensure they can't be knocked over (I plan to tie the stands to the wall). Are there any that offer a way to attach to the keyhole mounts on the back of the speaker? Each speaker weighs 16 lbs, based on the info here:

    Thanks!

Good lookin out, fellas. The top if my TV stand is 24" so I'll probably look to get some stands that are about that height.

Lots of speaker stands have top plates that measure only about 6"x6". Seems awfully small for a speaker with as large a base as the RTi A3 (8.5" x 14"). At least, for someone concerned with it being bumped over like I am.

I'm a little intrigued by a couple center channel speaker stands I've seen, such as THIS one<--click. Turn it sideways and it would be a near-perfect fit. Thoughts?

I'd be interested to know if anyone has tried this. I still haven't bought my speaker stands yet. I'm a little worried the top plates are too small for my TSi200s b/c of how deep they are. I've got 2 dogs that love to wrestle in the living room, right in front of my TV/speakers and they could easily knock them over.

Has anyone used the center channel stands as a substitute for your front speaker stands? I'm not sure I love how that would look, but if it is more secure it would probably be worth it.

I ended up ordering >these<. The price was right. I'll have to get creative with the "dum gum" sticky stuff to hold the speaker down, and may have to run a string around it to a screw-eye in the wall for extra insurance.
