I have an older pair of Polk LS-50's. The butyl rubber surrounds are lifting away from the cabinet face, as the glue has dried out. Any suggestions for the most appropriate glue to use that will hold and not damage the rubber?

I have used Super Glue with no issues. Make sure you get it right the first time. I used to run a gas RC monster truck(modded Savage 25 45mph), and used Super glue to attach the tires to the rims. The rubber tore before the joint would.

Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

I have used "Speaker Repair & Grill Cloth Adhesive" from Simply Speakers, the cost is about $6.95 per tube. Once cured is pliable and clear, easy to use and sets quickly.
