Cleaning my 10As.................

Some dust built up on top part of drivers and woofer. I dusted, but now the rubber outer edge of the speaker is dull. What can I use to clean and what is the best way? My cones are shiny and still tacky, but the rubber surround material is what I'd like to clean.

Thanks for any advice.

PS.. I replaced the tweeters (ordered from Polk) and experienced a nice improvement.
