A couple quick questions for you Guru's. I'm anxiously awaiting my Polk RTI A5's and a Dayton Sub120 from parts express and was wondering on how best to set it up with my Onkyo 606 receiver. I am going to run the audeysey calibration but was wondering what I should have my volume and frequency dials set at on the sub or does it even matter? I will be using a rca cable from my sub out to the sub...any good pointers to get the best sound from my sub.

Also should I bi-wire/bi-amp my rti's or should I just stick with single wiring. I've read when you do this that the power rating drops(spreads the watts per channel too thin)? This is of course using the probably useless feature from the 606 of using the rear surrounds to "bi-amp/wire" whatever. Thanks, Shawn

Not a guru. Set gain on sub to about 10:00 and run Aud. Do you have a SPL meter? If so, after Aud has been ran go to check levels menu and ensure all speakers are balanced SPL.

Not going to comment on Bi-wire. Tons of post in CP, try searching for it.

Yeah I've seen them all....jury's still out on that I guess...I don't have a SPL...just going to go with what sounds the best. Just thought I'd find a good baseline and go from there. Thanks for the response.
