Rectilinear Xla

A friend of mine has some old Rectilinear Xla's from the 70's and he is interested in powereing them with my old Pioneer VSX-D510. That reciever is 100w rms per channel and we'd most likely be looking at a stereo set-up. I know nothing about my friends speakers, can anyone help me out on this one?
