I keep seeing all these previews of great movies coming soon. I think 2003 is going to be the best year for great movies (and 2004 for DVD's).

Let's see here...

2 Matrix movies (is Matrices grammatically correct?), the final Lord of the Rings, Terminator 3, oh and the list grows...

I think because both concern the same matrix, matrices would be incorrect. However, perhaps we could find some movies about more than one ****.. dominatixes.. dominatri.. dominatrusses...

Agreed, sounds like good movies coming up this year.

Curious... how many of you go to the theater anymore?? We don't tend to see many movies in the theater, due primarily to having two young kids at home, also due to prices (money is better spent elsewhere). That is a HUGE change for me from my younger days, when I saw pretty much everything that came out that interested me.

Of course, you used to be able to see a matinee of a new release for $2.50... and in college, we'd drive 25 miles to another city, go to ChiChi's for free horsedoovers and giant buck beers, then go to the $1 theater and sneak into a second show... a little gas money and $2 per person for food and two flicks... ****, you can't even get a pop at a theater anymore for $2.

Not seeing movies in theaters is how we rationalized the purchase of .. on average.. one DVD per week during our first year of DVD player ownership.

Doubt I'll see any of these (excluding RotK) in theater's, but picking up the DVD's around Xmas time will be very cool.

    Peace Out~:D

I see some movies in the theatre... really good ones... like LOTR, The Ring, etc. If it seems like it's going to be a good movie, then I go, but if there's any question in my mind, then I wait for the DVD.
