It's kinda of risky and the time and effort you need to paint it is probably not worth it. The cherry finish is also smooth compared to the grainy finish on the black ones, so you won't get that to match. How much did you find the Cherry ones for? $59? I've seen the black ones for $59 as well

$100 brand new still in the box. The buyer and seller from Jersey. I know its risky but I'm setting this HT in the basement and its dark. I can't find any seller with R50 (black) here in Jersey. I don't want to buy outside the state co'z most of the time I'm not home to receive it.

I just bought a fair of R50's (Cherry) and can beleive how nice is the color. So I just going to stick with that color. Just the looks of the cherry is more expensive than the black one. I'm planning to sell my R300 and R150 (Both Black) and just wondering what center channel and sorround sound will match the R50 (Front Speakers).
