Yes! Polk sells replacement tweeter directly to consumers. Just call Polk Customer Service (you can find the number on the web site or on the owner's manual) and tell them you have a blown tweeter.

A Customer Service can even help you troubleshoot your problem to make sure it's tweeter that needs to be replaced. Also, ask them about warranty replacement if you buy it from Authorized Dealer and it's under warranty.

    Good Luck with your speakers!

Thanks for the help, I am relieved that they can replace the tweeter, I thought they would be able to. Which is good because the monitors are going to be for home theatre one day, and that i have only had them about two months. Happy birthday by the way. The gear that blew my tweeter is from the mid seventies. It was my fathers gear from his hay day. I had just gotten the Harmon/Kardon Citation 16 amp fixed...though it is only running off of one transformer now. When I hooked it back up and was playing around with the gear we (me and my dad) discovered that the phase linear 4000 preamp had some sort of problems, because it played the left channel fine, but not the right. then if blew some fuses in the amp, the tweeter to just the right speaker. when we tried it again the right channel would just hum, and you could hear scary mass distortion when ever you adjusted the volume, and it would randomly cut out. so now i am going to get my preamp refurbished, and i am looking to get the amp referbished and hope that someone else can find a replacement transformer. These pieces of gear are too sentimental to just chuck, also they are little too legendary. so now i have to pay to get it all refurbished and then save up for new stereo speakers. oh well, when it is all done, it will be awesome!

    thanks again everyone
