RM101 vs RM8

Hello,

Does anyone know why the RM101s were discontinued? I'm thinking about getting a set and was wondering how they compare to the newer RM7/8s? Thanks for your help.

    Well the biggest difference is the RM8 has Wide Dispersion Array double drivers where the RM101 is a conventional monopole (fires sound in only one direction). The RM101 is a tad bit larger too.

    RM101 isn't a bad speaker- we just don't make it anymore.
