polk momo 15 ?

wazzzz upp?? well me and my friend both purchased some momo 15 single 4 from crutchfield 2 each he owns 2003 buick centry no fold down seats amp: pg 800-900 rms 3x30 fuse mono d class running his. we build are boxes allways have but we went with slots till now i know sealed=sq vent=spl but momo 15s are diff. some people say big box makes the cut off like a water fall from some notes to the next or it will hurt the sub 6 months down? my friend figured 24.5 hertz tuned is what his box is at whats your opinion on hertz for a 15" momo ?
