Hi Guys,

Is this comparing Apples to Oranges?
I have a chance to pick up a pair of Klipsch CF-4s at a great price.
But are the CF-4s better or just different from the RTiA5s.
This Link is a pic of the Klipsch CF-4s.

Yes they are 2 different speakers ..hard to compare but I for one never did like that horn tweeter they always use i don't think it sounds anyware as good and as acurate as some of the normal good ribon or dome tweeters.

The CF-4s series 1 are suppose to be laid-back for Klipsch speakers;)

    Agreed.

However, I'm sure they'll get loud

Not sure if I would....you'll have to replace all of your HT gear and replace with Klipsch. No way would they blend with your current setup.

If you do anything, I would say get the A9's.

Get the klipsch and keep the 5's nothing wrong with having a couple pairs of speakers.

Haven't heard that exact model but have listen to some Paradigm bookshelf speakers and they sounded great, but the guy had some high end tube gear hooked up to them.

A fellow polkie enlightened me on the Tyler 7u. That might be a option as well for you as you already got some nice amps.
