Depends on if it has an anti-glare coating or not.
If you still have you manual, it'll have cleaning instructions in it.
If not, go to the manufacturer's website. they will likely have an electronic copy of said manual containing said cleaning instructions.Expert Moron Extraordinaire

monster makes a nice kit with cleaner and a micro cloth

If you have any type of microfiber, or soft felt cloth, just get it a little damp and wipe it off gently. Those Monster kits are totally unnecessary. Just don't use windex or any chemicals. Unless you smoke in the house, burn a lot of candles, or pan fry a lot of food, it should just come off with the damp cloth. If that doesn't really work, use a little bit of gentle dish soap. For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore...

The safest, most effective way I have found is a chamois and warm water--well wrung. This is the only thing that touches any of my audio equipment.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2

If you go to Staples, you can get screen cleaner for anti-glare screens. I've been using them for years on very sensitive and expensive computer monitors with great success and no ill effects. Also, the anti-glare cleaner will not leave streaks like water will.Expert Moron Extraordinaire

Do the above suggestions work for RPTVs as well?

I have a rear-projection DLP--the chamois works beautifully.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2
