PSW10 Volume Level?

I have my PSW10 hooked up through the LFE alternative option. I was wondering when I do this, how loud I should have the volume on the back of the subwoofer at. I understand that it is probably personal preference, but I was curious as to what other people have it set at.

    My HT is calibrated with a SPL meter. Best way to do it. BTW, the gain on my sub (SVS) is set at 1/3 and NEVER more than 50%. After that is just gets way too "boomy."

    yeah, I went past 50% the other day and it sounded terrible
