Where do most of you guys building custom boxes find 3/4" MDF? The last time I checked at my local Lowes and Home depot seems at that time they only carried 5/8" MDF, is this sufficient if thats all they carry. Like I said, it's been over 3 years since the last time I checked. I'll be going out today to see what they have as far as 3/4" lumber goes. If this option is not available, what type of lumber would you use next? Thanks!

Yeah......HD and Lowe's is where I find it at. At the local one, they have 1/4, 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4" typically in stock. Maybe it's a regional thing. I was looking at the (non) selection of Band-It veneer stuff at the local Lowes and all they have is the edge stuff. This in a city of 100,000. Back in my hometown in Arkansas, their store has the tools, various wood grains, various widths, etc. Wtf? You just never know...

Both my local HD and Lowes carry 3/4".

Do you have one of these near you? http://www.84lumber.com/
They can order up to 1.25" MDF. It's not cheap, but it's better quality than HD's.

I have an 84 lumber locally. Do they have the insulation that can be used for room treatments, and sono tubes?
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

They can order the fiberglass, I don't know about sono tubes though.

The MDF is around 800 MB so I dont think it could fit on a CD. Its SSX Tricky.

Is MDF the samething as ISO? Why is the file named MDF?

EDIT: WinHiip gives an error when I try to put the renamed MDF one and I cannot open it as an ISO too see the files inside

genroxbro, you've been all over in all of 2 days since joining posting in old threads with nothing to do with your posts but I see you manage to get your spam link in on all of them. Take a hike you've been reported.
